Charlottesville Portrait Photography Pricing & Information

Portrait photos are different from headshot photos in that they are typically 3/4 body rather than photos of your head and shoulders.  In a portrait session, I will guide you through multiple poses and outfit changes in a session that is relaxed, yet full full of energy. You don’t need to worry that you don’t know how to pose, I’ll help you through that.  People always wonder what to do with their hands – well I’ll tell you that during your session. I send you outfit suggestions ahead of your session so you can look your best.

Prior to your session, we will have a conversation about what you want from your photos, how you plan to use them, and I can answer any questions that you have.

All sessions take place at my studio in Crozet, VA unless otherwise agreed. There is an additional charge for offsite sessions which varies by location. If you would like to get professional hair and makeup done, which I highly encourage, I can make a suggestion of someone I work with or you can use someone you have used before.

Within a week after your session, I will make your photos available in an online gallery so you can pick the images you would like.  Once you have selected your images, I fully retouch them and make they available for downloading.  You may also purchase wall art and prints from your online gallery.  I have beautiful canvas, metal, and acrylic prints available in addition to traditional photographic paper prints.
